CALENDAR ABBREVIATIONS for room "Location":
           C = Church                                                                GA = Gathering Area
        CR = Council Room                                                    PH = Parish Hall
        AH = Austin Hall (house next to the church)           RE = Religious Ed/Classroom Wing
        MH = Mini-Hall (in Classroom wing)                          L = Library

Scheduling of Parish Facilities

SJN affiliated organizations and ministries requiring room meeting space at any SJN facility must submit their requests to Benita Bryson, Scheduling Coordinator, by faxing or sending a completed form to the Parish Office. (Bulletin announcements do not automatically reserve a room.) Also, Please notify Benita Bryson through the Parish Office @ 704.536.6520 or Faith Formation Office @ 704.535.4197 of any cancellations of room space by phone or e-mail. Thank you for your cooperation.
