  • Bulletin submissions are due by 4pm on Friday (9 days prior) to the desired publish date.
      All announcements are subject to Pastor's approval and space availability.
      Submissions can be sent via fax to the Parish Office at 704.536.3147 or e-mail to bulletin@4sjnc.org.
    Your request must contain the following infomation
         + A contact name, phone # to answer questions regarding the event
         + the requested weekend dates you wish your event to show in the bulletin
         + the DATE, TIME, & LOCATION of the event
         Note, you must contact the Scheduling Coordinator to reserve a meeting space BEFORE submitting an announcement.
    Bulletin announcements do not guarantee a space reservation. Thank you.
